  Effective communication plays a major role in managing an organization. When people talk clearly about things, policies, work, etc. Many misunderstanding gets cleared. Additionally, there is no scope for loss in productivity, unhealthy employee and employer relationship, and an increase in attrition rate.  Many employees leave an organization because of their unhealthy relationship with their managers and upper-level management.  However, after the outbreak of the Pandemic, things changed drastically.
